The French designer and manufacturer of small wind generators, EOLYS Resources & Energy, said it sold its first 4 turbines 55 kW in Italy, this sale accompanying the signing of a framework agreement for the delivery of several dozens of other machines.

The realization of this development launched today with the signing of two contracts of sale in Italy of the “Metronome 55 EOLYS” wind of 16 meters in diameter, launched in November 2012, which has a patented technology inspired techniques proven in aeronautics. Made in France and designed according to international standards, wind Metronome according to its promoters are hired “security”, “quality”, “reliability” and “longevity”.
At a time when the sector of small French wind waiting for a government response to a coherent, these Italian success appear as “indicator” of the way.
“The Italian government supports the development of renewable energy, is particularly interested in the sector of small wind attention. These first sales confirm the relevance of the new opportunities offered by the Italian market, which seems totally impossible in France today. Unfortunately, a French company of small wind turbines has no business opportunities in the French market due to lack of sector-specific legislation. It is therefore important for us to position ourselves in European markets such as Italy and Belgium, that have adapted. parallel legislation, we live for a year of discussions with government authorities in order to see the registered sector reform in the bill on energy transition that will be presented in September at the environmental conference ” explained Jérôme Bousquet, also president of the National Union of Small Wind (SYpEO).
