The latter owns and operates two wind farms with a total capacity of 39 MW in France in the Ardennes and Champagne, where they had been successfully commissioned at the end of 2011.
As Akuo Energy SAS remains the majority shareholder of the company’s Energie du Porcien, the two entities are now considering a long term partnership in the renewable energy sector in Europe and Russia.
